1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chillifya website located at chillifya.myshopify.com (the "Site"), and all products, services, features, content, and offerings provided by Chillifya. Order Acceptance and Right to Refuse

We may cancel or refuse orders even after an order confirmation email has been sent. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount charged to your original payment method.
Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
A binding contract between you and Chillifya is formed only when we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation email. At that point, we accept your offer to purchase the products in your order, and the contract for sale is complete. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We reserve the right to contact you to verify order details, payment information, or shipping address prior to accepting and fulfilling your order.
4. Pricing and Sales Tax
Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, update, or correct pricing at any time, including after an order has been placed but before it has been accepted and shipped.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for a cancelled order due to pricing error, we will issue a credit or refund to your original payment method.
Promotional pricing, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of the promotion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to limit quantities available at promotional pricing and to refuse or cancel orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, violate promotional terms or involve abuse of promotional offers.
Sales Tax
Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address. Tax rates vary by jurisdiction and are determined according to applicable federal, state, and local tax laws, including the requirements of individual states.
The final order total presented at checkout, including all applicable taxes, represents the amount you authorize us to charge to your payment method. Billing Disputes

Shipping Costs
Shipping within the United States is FREE. There are no shipping costs for orders delivered within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the fifty (50) United States.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of shipment. This delivery timeframe begins once your order has been processed, packed, and handed over to the carrier, not from the date the order is placed. Please note that orders are typically processed and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days of order acceptance, after which the 3-5 working day delivery window applies.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high-volume periods, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
We currently ship only to physical street addresses within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly, and contact us at content@chillifya.shop so we can assist where possible.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return Window
We accept returns within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. This is our own store policy—there is no statutory cooling-off period or automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases under U.S. federal law (unlike in some other countries). To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Conditions

Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, and certain other products may be non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time period, typically within five (5) to ten (10) business days following approval. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
